You may edit your preferred Payment Method at any time. However, if a payment has already been instructed to you, this destination cannot be rerouted. To edit your preferred Payment Method, login to your Payee Portal and follow the steps below.
- Select Payment Methods from the side navigation
- Select the payment method you wish to edit and a flyout page will appear
- Select the edit icon on the flyout page
- You may edit the following information (options will vary depending on your Payor and country):
* Payment Method Name examples: "Checking" or "Savings" or "Chase Account"
- Click Save
Your information will be saved to the system and an email will be triggered notifying you changes were made to your account.
