You may edit your preferred payment method at any time. However, if a payment has already been instructed to you, the destination cannot be rerouted. To edit your payment channel, please login to your VeloPay Payee Platform and follow the steps below.
- Select PAYMENT CHANNELS from the side navigation
- Select the payment channel you wish to edit
- A flyout will appear on the right side of the page
- Select the blue pen edit icon
- You may edit the following information (options will change depending on country):
- Click SAVE
Your information will be saved to the system and an email will be triggered notifying you changes were made to your profile.
