You can make an update to your account information at any time. To edit your profile details, security, or communication settings, log in to the Payee Portal and refer to the following options.
Note: Tax ID numbers and birth dates cannot be edited in the Payee Portal. Please contact Velo Support to have this information updated.
Edit your Details
To view or update your name, Tax ID, or address:
- Select Profile from the side navigation
- Choose Details
- A new screen will appear on the right side of the page.
- You may edit the following fields:
- Country
- Address
- City
- State
- Zip Code
- Click Save
Edit your Security
To view or update your password, email address, or mobile number:
- Select Profile from the side navigation
- Choose Security
- A new screen will appear on the right side of the page.
- You may update the following fields:
- Password
- Mobile Number
- Click Save
Edit your Communication
To update your communication settings:
- Select Profile from the side navigation
- Choose Communications
- A new screen will appear on the right side of the page.
- Use the toggle on the upper right of the screen to opt-in or out of product updates and marketing commutations from Velo
- Click Save
