You can make an update to your account information at any time. To edit your profile, security details, or marketing communication settings, login to the Payee Portal and follow the steps below.
- Select Profile from the side navigation
- You will see three tabs: Profile Details, Security Details, and Product Communications.
Profile Details: Update personal information such as name and address.
To note: Social security number and birth date cannot be edited on this tab. Please contact Velo to change this information.
Security Details: Reset password, edit email address, or phone number
Communications: Opt in or out of receiving marketing communications from Velo
