Payors can track Payouts by viewing the date and time it was created, submitted, and when payments are confirmed. This can be seen by drilling down into the details of a Payout by logging in to the Payor Portal and following the steps below.
- Click Payouts from the side navigation
- Click the column headers to sort data by Submitted Date
- Select the drop-down arrow on the Filter bar
- Users may filter on the following fields:
- Status
- Payout Memo
- Submitted Date
- Start and End Date
- Click Apply
- Select a Payout to view associated payments
- Again, use column headers to sort data or use the Filter bar on specific fields
- Select a payment to view its history and a flyout page will appear
