You may reset the password to your account by using the Forgot Password option on the Payee Portal login page or from within your Payee account.
Reset your password from outside the Payee Portal.
- Navigate to the Payee Portal
- Select the Forgot your Password option

Enter the email associated with your account and click the Submit button
- A green banner will appear at the top of the page with the message, A password reset link has been emailed to the provided address if registered.

Follow the link in the email you received from Velo and create a new password

Your password will need to meet Velo's password requirements
- At least 10 characters
- Avoid including any personal information
- Avoid reusing a previous password

Your password will need to meet Velo's password requirements
- A confirmation email will be triggered confirming the update
Reset your password from within the Payee Portal.

Login to the Payee Portal
- Select Profile from the side navigation
- Choose Security
- A new screen will appear on the right side of the page.

Enter your current password and your new password

Your password will need to meet Velo's password requirements
- At least 10 characters
- Avoid including any personal information
- Avoid reusing a previous password

Your password will need to meet Velo's password requirements
- Click Save
- A confirmation email will be triggered confirming the update
