You may reset the password to your Payee account by using the Forgot Password option on the Payee Portal login page or from within your Payee account.
Reset your password from outside the Payee Portal.
- Navigate to the Payee Portal
- Select the Forgot your Password option
- Enter the email associated with your Payee account and click the Submit button
- Your browser will return to the Payee Portal login page displaying a green banner: A password reset link has been emailed to the provided address if registered.
- Follow the link in the email you received from Velo and create a new password
- Needs to be at least 10 characters
- Avoid including any personal information
- Avoid reusing a previous password
- Your password will need to conform to Velo’s strong password requirements
- A confirmation email will be triggered confirming the update
Reset your password from within the Payee Portal.
- Login to the Payee Portal

- Select Profile from the side navigation
- Choose Security
- A new screen will appear on the right side of the page.
- Enter your current password and your new password
- Needs to be at least 10 characters
- Avoid including any personal information
- Avoid reusing a previous password
- Your password will need to conform to Velo’s strong password requirements
- Click Save
- A confirmation email will be triggered confirming the update
