Payment methods have been selected by the company that you work for. Though Velo supports various payments methods we are only able to send payments as specified by the company that is paying you. You may edit your preferred method of payment by logging on to your recipient portal and following the steps below.
- Log in to the Velo site
- Select Channels at the top of the page
- Click Create Channel
This will trigger an email containing a link you may follow to update your preferred method of payment.
