If you need to reset your password, navigate to the Velo Payor Portal login page and select the Forgot your Password? option.
- Enter the email associated with your Payor account and click the Submit button
- Your browser will return to the login page displaying a green banner: A password reset link has been emailed to the provided address if registered.
- Follow the link in the email you received from Velo and create a new password
- Your password will need to conform to Velo’s strong password requirements
- Needs to be at least 10 characters
- Avoid including any personal information
- Avoid reusing a previous password
Once complete, a confirmation email will be triggered confirming the update.
