In the case a Payor User goes on leave and will not be accessing the VeloPay Platform, their account may be disabled. This is not to be confused with deleting their account as the account may be re-enabled upon their return. To note, only an Admin Payor user may disable or enable a Payor user’s account.
To disable a Payor user, login to the VeloPay Platform and:
- Click USERS from the top navigation
- Select the Payor user
- Click DISABLE
- A notification of change will be triggered to the Payor user informing them of an update to their account
Alternatively, you may follow the steps above to re-enable a Payor User.
