In the unfortunate event your YubiKey goes missing, navigate to the Payor Portal and login. After entering your username and password, you will be taken to the two-factor authentication page.
Directly below the code prompt, click the link Lost your YubiKey Click to Unregister. You will need to contact your company admin and they can help you update your method of authentication.
