In the unfortunate event that your YubiKey goes missing, you will need to go to the VeloPay portal, enter your username and password which will take you to the two-factor authentication page.
Directly below the code prompt, click the link Lost your YubiKey? Click to Unregister. You will need to contact your company admin. They will need to re-provision and replace your YubiKey.
To note: If, at a later point in time, the YubiKey is found, you must return that YubiKey to Velo Payments for re-provisioning.
