In the unfortunate event your YubiKey goes missing or the authentication app you use stops working, navigate to the Payor Portal and log in. After entering your username and password, you will be taken to the two-factor authentication page.
Directly below the code prompt, click the link Lost your device? Click to unregister. An email will be triggered to you with instructions to register a two-factor authentication.
