Your profile will already be set up as an Individual or a Company when you receive an invitation to onboard the system.
If you are receiving payments as an Individual, you will need to enter your Social Security Number or equivalent Tax ID to complete setting up your account. If you are a Company receiving payments, an Employer Identification Number or Tax ID equivalent will be required to set up your profile.
To change your profile type after you have already onboarded the system, please contact Velo Support.
