If you mistakenly decline an invitation from a Payor, don't worry. You can login to your account to correct your invitation status. To update your invitation status follow the steps below.
- Log in to your Velo profile here --> Payee Portal
- Select Payors from the side navigation
- Click on the Company that you have previously declined
- In the next screen, under Step 1 - click Yes to accept an invitation to receive payments
- Under Step 2 - choose the bank account where you want to receive payments from the Payor
- Click Save
If you have not entered banking information already, click here for instructions on how to add a new payment method.
Once complete, you will be able to accept payments through Velo. If you are currently expecting payments, you should contact your Payor company to have them send new payments to you.
