You may edit or add a new Payment Method at any time. If you no longer use a Payment Method to receive payments, you may also delete it. To do this, login to your Payee Portal and follow the steps below.
- Select Payment Methods from the side navigation
- Select the Payment Method you wish to delete
- A flyout page will appear
- Click the trash icon at the top of the flyout
- A new window will appear
- Click Okay
To note, you cannot delete a Payment Method if it is assigned to a Payor. You will first need to assign payments from Payors to a new Payment Method.
